- fix py3 crash in text mode

- log python version
* po/{eo,id,ug}.po:
- fix translations of check-new-release-gtk which cause a crash

* data/demoted.cfg:
- autmatic refresh of the demoted packages
* po/*.po:
- automatic refresh from launchpad
