Public bug reported:

I have a recurring voicemail notification from a voicemail I don't want
to listen to. Here's the scenario:

- Receive voicemail
- Receive notification
- Dismiss it

Expected result:
- voicemail doesn't show up again during the running session.

I don't mind it showing up after a reboot; but the way it currently is,
I am forced to listen to the voicemail to get rid of the false positive
of a new notification when it actually isn't, it's a dismissed one.
