Public bug reported:
Whenever an app is installed, the click scope is being refreshed by
executing this dbus call:
dbus-send /com/canonical/unity/scopes
com.canonical.unity.scopes.InvalidateResults string:clickscope
The updater should do the same after each app is updated, so the scope
can find out about newly updated apps. Otherwise, updated apps cannot be
launched until the scope is restarted.
