Sorry to trouble you again, We need 1 more log,
Use Kernel 3.13.0-031300 and Cold boot to Linux;
Then Warm boot to Linux Again.
sudo su
lspci -vxxxx -s 01:00.0 > o2dev_log4
lspci -vxxxx -s 00:1c.0 > rcdev_log4
