The use case is a SDK that can build a test package from your project and install it into a emulator to do a full end-to-end test of the project. Attached is a patch that implements a pkcon --allow-unauthenticated option that clear the PK_TRANSACTION_FLAG_ENUM_ONLY_TRUSTED flag when this option is used. Feedback welcome!
