Hello! lxpanel as merged from Debian is missing the development files.
This happens as the lxpanel-indicator-applet-plugin package is created
and destdir is no longer debian/lxpanel/, and lxpanel.install is missing
the development files.
The header files are needed by xfce4-power-manager to create the lxpanel
panel plugin as xfpm no longer provides tray icons, and xfce4-power-
manager is seeded in Lubuntu.
