ThinkPad X32 also has ATI Mobility Radeon M6 LY. I added "RenderAccel 0" to my xorg.conf on Sept. 5, and a lockup occurred this afternoon. I'll have to say this workaround does not work for me. I have reverted to vesa and will keep using it until a fix is available.
