Please sync xcb-util-keysyms 0.3.9-2 (main) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Build using dh-autoreconf.
* Build using dh-autoreconf.
Debian has merged Ubuntu changes.
