The background images are wrong for the BBC and EBU meter types. Instead
of one image it appears to be three squashed-up images side by side in
the same area. It appears to be OK for the VU and DIN types. I haven't
checked the correlation meter types.
The problem seems to be caused by the compressed PNGs used. Comparing
the file sizes with the developer's source:

Using the larger PNG files fixes the problem. I don't know whether it's
a bug in the compression used, or a bug in jmeters.
