Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped: * Merge from Debian unstable, Ubuntu remaining changes : * debian/rules - Use dh-autoreconf, resolving FTBFS on ppc64el. * debian/control: - Replace build-depend on autotools-dev by dh-autoreconf.
