I don't believe this bug has been fixed. I am running on 14.04.1 with
the latest biosdevname package and am still seeing the issue:

# cat /etc/lsb-release
DISTRIB_ID=Ubuntu
DISTRIB_RELEASE=14.04
DISTRIB_CODENAME=trusty
DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS"

# dpkg -l | grep biosdevname
ii  biosdevname                         0.4.1-0ubuntu6.1              amd64     
   apply BIOS-given names to network devices

# lshw -businfo -C network
