Hey, personnaly, I've changed my partition 'Ben Beevers' to 'BenBeeves', so as no more space. And it works like a charm !
However I still think this issue is Serious and affect most GrandMothers and Joe. Maybe this space issue in partition name is now solved in gnome vfs ?
