@Kevin
Thanks for the detailed reporting.
First, the bug was marked Invalid automatically as our retracing system
only keeps debug symbols for the latest version of a particular package,
if a crash can't be retraced, then it gives up. Not, the best system,
but it's what we have to work with.
Have you been keeping your device up-to-date?
Do you ever reboot the device and/or power cycle the device during the
three week period?
Is the device still in this state or did you re-flash?
In theory, if ofono crashes, it should be re-spawned by upstart. The
syslog ( from /var/log ) would be super helpful, as would the output
from /usr/share/ofono/scripts/list-modems.
My guess is that the device is getting into a bad state and this in turn
forces glib to assert on some condition ( out-of-memory maybe )?
If you can reproduce the crash again, definitely ping me on IRC, or if I'm not
available, someone else on #ubuntu-touch and ask for assistance in manually
viewing the crash file via apport-cli ( you'll need to install the ofono -dbg
package too ).
