I have also an installation on Windows XP with LO 4.3.x and there all works as expected.
Maybe this is a misconfiguration of my LO on Linux Xubuntu? ** Description changed: I copy a lot of things from the Internet into Calc. In the 4.2 version is a bug that the window, that comes at the insertion is *not* active. In german it is called Importeinstellungen. WORKAROUND: Every time I try to insert the text i have to change from keyboard to mouse and click "Okay" in the LO window to insert the text. Steps to reproduce: - start LO Calc - start Firefox - copy some text from FF via CTRL+c - change window with ALT+Tab - insert text in LO via CTRL+v - import window comes up, not active - hit Enter --> nothing happens :-( + this problem hits all dialog windows, save, import, changing anything... + ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 14.04 Package: libreoffice-calc 1:4.2.3~rc3-0ubuntu2 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 3.13.0-27.50-generic 3.13.11 Uname: Linux 3.13.0-27-generic x86_64 NonfreeKernelModules: fglrx ApportVersion: 2.14.1-0ubuntu3.2 Architecture: amd64 CurrentDesktop: XFCE Date: Fri May 30 18:35:27 2014 InstallationDate: Installed on 2014-03-16 (75 days ago) InstallationMedia: Xubuntu 14.04 LTS "Trusty Tahr" - Alpha amd64 (20140225) SourcePackage: libreoffice UpgradeStatus: No upgrade log present (probably fresh install) ** Summary changed: - if copied text is inserted, the "insert window" is not active --> Enter fails + [Linux] dialog window is *not* active --> all actions fail -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1325023 Title: [Linux] dialog window is *not* active --> all actions fail To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libreoffice/+bug/1325023/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
