** This bug is no longer a duplicate of bug 1365095
Greeter not asking for pin code in image 11 (krillin)

** Description changed:

This happens on first boot and only on Krillin - you need a locked SIM
- card in the first slot to reproduce it. Simply open the network
- indicator and click Unlock SIM - the expected result would be for the
- unlock screen to appear, instead nothing happens for a bit and then the
- indicator seems to reload.

Note that I've filed this here even though the faulty behaviour appears
to be in indicator-network, because the bug was found when testing the
latest version of system-settings on RTM, so I was able to isolate the
failure down to just installing the new u-s-s package.
