Public bug reported: My setup with two monitors on my laptop involves the second monitor hovering above the primary screen to support continuous movements of my mouse. When light-locker activates and i relogin, this setting is lost, dual screen is preserved but positioning is off.
To set my screenposition, i use this command: xrandr --output LVDS1 --mode 1366x768 --pos 0x560 --rotate normal --output VGA1 --mode 1920x1080 --pos 1366x0 --rotate normal ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 14.04 Package: light-locker 1.4.0-0ubuntu1 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 3.13.0-35.62-generic 3.13.11.6 Uname: Linux 3.13.0-35-generic x86_64 ApportVersion: 2.14.1-0ubuntu3.3 Architecture: amd64 CurrentDesktop: XFCE Date: Wed Sep 10 14:45:37 2014 InstallationDate: Installed on 2013-07-08 (429 days ago) InstallationMedia: Xubuntu 13.04 "Raring Ringtail" - Release amd64 (20130423.1) ProcEnviron: LANGUAGE=en_US PATH=(custom, no user) XDG_RUNTIME_DIR=<set> LANG=en_US.UTF-8 SHELL=/bin/zsh SourcePackage: light-locker UpgradeStatus: Upgraded to trusty on 2014-04-05 (158 days ago) ** Affects: light-locker (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: amd64 apport-bug trusty -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1367875 Title: Lightlocker do not respect xrandr settings regarding display position To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/light-locker/+bug/1367875/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
