Public bug reported:

Home Button (located in the Launcher Bar) & Long swipe right from left
edge should return the user to the Apps Scope, regardless of their
current place within the U.I. (i.e. within the Dash, looking at an app,
etc).

Note: Currenlty

UX Testing Report Findings:

"Home button on the launcher does not always lead to the apps scope"
"Participants expected to be able to go back to the apps scope when pressing
the home button, instead of last visited page."

"Left edge swipe does not always lead to the apps scope"
"Participants expected to be able to get to the apps scope via using the left
edge swipe no matter where they were, landing on the last visited page was not
expected"

     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
