The right question is: why do you have a bittorrent package versioned as
3.4.2-11.4 on your ubuntu system? ubuntu never had such version of the package:

Maybe you installed the debian package, and I'd rather expect such a conflict,
but it's not a supported thing.
If I'm wrong, please don't mind reopening this bug and answer to my
question.
