I cannot find 3.21 for UBUNTU, but found it for debian testing. I tried to install latest lebiniou_3.22-1_i386.deb and also lebiniou_3.19.1-1ubuntu1_i386.deb but those failed for too old libavutils54. Note that I am using a bit older Ubuntu named precise , and latest for that is still 3.13. Please try to look at list of versions from here: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lebiniou
