We discussed during our weekly network/telephony hangout this morning,
and Antti points out that the APN Editor won't work without this change.
If a user entered details for a Custom MMS context, there's no way for
the editor to tell nuntium to use the new custom context.
If it's not possible for RTM, please give rationale, and we probably
want to add the tag ota-1.
Oh yea, and I'm not sure out tools grok "postrtm14"?
