Public bug reported:

When I dual boot from Android 4.4.4 to Ubuntu Touch latest RTM build
#41, and with the Utopic builds, most of the times the SIM card is not
detected.

To enable SIM card, I have to Toggle the Aeroplane mode to get the SIM
card working. There are certain times when this fails and I have to go
to /usr/share/urfkill and set flight-mode to 0, then 1 and then back to
0 to get the SIM card working.

I am using Nexus 5 with Multirom Manager for dual booting
