Since i have moved to the i810 driver i have found X to be much less buggy.
I used to have problems with returning from suspend where the machine would
just have a black screen.  The backlight would be on but the screen was
being painted black.  I have not had the problem since i started using the
i810 driver.  Why not revert back to i810 by default until these problems
have been solved?  So far the only advanatge I have noticed to using intel
was that i didn't need the 915resolution fix.
