Pascal, this has nothing to do with AppArmor blocking Brother's drivers.
It is a wrong decision between two drivers included in Gutsy. These
decisions are done by foomatic-db and system-config-printer, and they
are independent on whether the actual AppArmor configuration blocks the
driver or not.
Probably you wanted to close another bug. The original poster of this
bug has posted two other bugs concerning printing.
