debconf: DbDriver "config": /var/cache/debconf/config.dat is locked by
another process: Resource temporarily unavailable
This indicates that there is a package management program running
somewhere else, possibly in the background. The remedy is to find it
and shut it down. This is not a bug in man-db as such, although fixing
bug 1372673 would mean that man-db no longer spuriously shows up as
associated with this problem.
