With dapper there's no noticeable delay or cpu pegging for doing the same task. 
If I try to remove locales package with dapper, there's only 8 additional 
dependencies that must be removed as well and cancelling operation works 
smoothly like it should.

With edgy, there's probably almost all installed package listed as
dependencies to be removed. It seems that more that a package has
dependencies, more the time cancelling the action takes time.

Dependency resolution is probably very cpu intensive task, but shouldn't
happen when action is cancelled I guess.
