Choosing English language at the beginning of installation and accepting
all default options I expect to have a system with all of the default
locale options (system-wide) set to `en_US.UTF-8`.
At the moment, installer sets the strange mishmash of options:
`cat /etc/default/locale`
LANG="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_NUMERIC="sr_RS"
LC_TIME="sr_RS"
LC_MONETARY="sr_RS"
LC_PAPER="sr_RS"
LC_NAME="sr_RS"
LC_ADDRESS="sr_RS"

LC_MEASUREMENT="sr_RS"
LC_IDENTIFICATION="sr_RS"
a) Locale settings and time zone settings are not the same i.e. I do expect to
have correct local time zone (Europe/Belgrade). However I had choose English
language at the beginning not Serbian. Hence I expect to have English locale
applied system-wide.
(It happens to be that I do read Cyrillic but someone else might not.)
b) Setting aside first issue IMHO using `sr_RS` instead of `sr_RS.UTF-8` is a
poor choice and also produces some unexpected behavior (e.g. having strange
chars appearing in the apt-get's output)
