Judging by the IP and call trace, I cannot say that I remember this particular BUG or anything like it for the kernel in question. (I usually check for hints in logs after hard crashes like this one.)
There has been one earlier crash with the kernel in question (not reported), but the call trace for that has ext4 functions in it. It also happened seemingly at random and caused a hard freeze. I've attached the kernel log BUG, even though it might not be related. ** Attachment added: "Another earlier BUG crash from the same kernel on same machine, but different call trace, etc." https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1373839/+attachment/4214953/+files/BUG-same-kernel-unknown-if-related.log -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1373839 Title: Kernel crash IP: [<ffffffff81173703>] list_lru_walk_node+0xe3/0x160 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1373839/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
