I have configured my phone to not show data in the infographic on the
greeter screen (Settings -> Security & Privacy -> Stat on welcome
screen). The infographic now displays the message "No data sources
available." This seems like an error message, rather than reflecting my
choice.
Expected behaviour: if user has opted to not display data, then the
center of the infographic should simply be blank, with no message
displayed.
