Please assure that the relevant patches are applied on the trusty (lts) and utopic (current) kernels. IMHO this issue is particularly serious because in most cases the system appears to resume from hibernation (the oopses are not seen unless you explicitly look at the system messages) and the machine appears to work for some minutes before freezing.
