So normally Lightning compares attendees and organizer with the email
ids set in your calendar properties dialog. If there is only one
candidate, then it will auto-select this calendar, otherwise it will
ask.

I have the feeling this could be solved by bug 865726, but I am not sure
its the same thing. We may also have an issue handling subscribed
calendars where we try to find the invited attendee and find a false
positive.

Could you do me a favor and enable calendar.debug.log and
calendar.debug.log.verbose in the advanced config editor (Options >
Advanced > General > Config Editor), then restart, clear the error
console, resubscribe to the calendar in question.

Afterwards you should see messages in Tools > Error Console. Near the
beginning you will find an XML query that contains tags like schedule-
inbox-URL and schedule-outbox-URL. Could you copy this?

Next, clear the console again and select an invitation that is causing
such troubles. What happens in the error console now?

If this is not enough I might have to ask you for some more elaborate
debugging or possibly access to the server and an invitation that would
help reproduce the behavior.
