The strange thing is that Debian and Ubuntu have the same files:

# md5sum /usr/share/doc-base/gstreamer-1.0-*

c30c50172086674db3e1ecdeb4150b96 /usr/share/doc-base/gstreamer-1.0-core-ref
698fe14c4bd0c21c2d9e8e34711ae0b6 /usr/share/doc-base/gstreamer-1.0-faq
20f0d44ade6836951f4766ea8f50f425 /usr/share/doc-base/gstreamer-1.0-libs-ref
8d9c98d598b717443b4b98607c797c31 /usr/share/doc-base/gstreamer-1.0-manual
ab016c7b29faa89dbba92dd273cdd4da /usr/share/doc-base/gstreamer-1.0-pwg

the same doc-base version:

ii doc-base 0.10.6 all
utilities to manage online documentation

but errors are reported in Ubuntu and not in Debian.

Does someone have a clue why?
