** Description changed:
A notification for an update is in the notification indicator
The settings app is running
Updates are set to autodownload on wifi
The update has been downloaded
Click on the notification to access the update
Expected:
You are taken to the update panel in settings, then asked to install
What happens:
The indication clears and you are left on the pulldown
Manually switch to settings and you see the install dialog
