Binary package hint: compizconfig-settings-manager
There should be a tab in the Application switcher plugin called "Actions", when
you define separate key bindings for Next/Prev window as well as Next/Prev
window (all workspaces). So if you wanted Alt+Tab to effect all workspaces,
switch the key bindings for "Next window" and "Next window (all workspaces)"
The absence of this tab is regarding actions for other switcher plugins too.
At the present moment only General tab is available in ccsm.
