I understand that it may be useful for the buttons to be different
colors, but I don't think the power-button dialog is actually correct.
The pattern is for red "to cancel or delete", and green "positive
actions such as taking a call, OK, New etc". The amount of mental effort
you'd need to put into an analysis where "Restart" is a positive action,
while "Power Off" is akin to cancelling or deleting, while "Cancel" is
neither, far outweighs the amount of time it would save.

That doesn't necessarily mean the design pattern is correct. Maybe we
need to work on that first.
