extra info, it looks like problem has been introduced after linus kernel
3.13.0-11.
on linux kernel 3.13.0-11 everything works OK, but on kernels 3.13.0-27
thru 3.13.0-36 system cannot detect BT mouse/keyboard battery charge %
I did not test kernels between 11 & 27, will check if something
available in the repo to test...
