A spec is surely not needed for this kind of request.
An update of xserver-xorg-video-ati to version 6.6.2 was already
requested (via a UVF request) and scheduled since this version was
released upstream.
It has been just uploaded to the archives:
xserver-xorg-video-ati (1:6.6.2-0ubuntu1) edgy; urgency=low
.
