Yes, it does. The zeitgeist usage discussed in
https://bugs.launchpad.net/diodon/+bug/1312704 is an interesting idea,
but it shouldn't become the only to be able to use zeitgeist, i.e. XML
storage and zeitgeist integration should be optional, i.e. configurable.
Anyway there needs to be a feedback for the user which causes him_her to
set up zeitgeist after `diodon` is installed (hint in `debconf` or
something else).
