Public bug reported:

After the upgrade to 14.04 the paste of the previously highlighted text
no longer seems to work. And since it is a rather important feature for
me, it makes my job much more difficult.

What i do:

Highlight some text
Press middle button on the mouse

What i expect to happen:
The highlighted text needs to appear where i click
