Public bug reported:

Steps to reproduce:
1. Make some changes to the launcher - pin/unpin apps, move them around
2. open ubuntu-system settings, scroll to the bottom and select "Reset phone"
3. Select reset launcher
4. A popup will appear asking you to confirm, select "Reset Launcher" again
5. Hold the power button until the power menu comes up and select the option to
restart the phone

After the phone reboots, the launcher should be set back to the original
state, but it preserves the changed launcher settings

** Affects: ubuntu-system-settings (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
