The following error occurs in utopic server installations starting from
20141011:

are no longer supported; falling back to defaults

activated)
Oct 16 10:14:44 live-installer: Processing triggers for initramfs-tools

Occurs with both amd64 and i386 iso's post 20141011 inclusive. Installer
syslog is attached.
Steps:
1. Boot the iso and proceed with default selections.
2. After confirmation of partitioning options, this error is seen
