These checksums _were_ correct at some point (for a previous version of
the Vagrant images). However, we update the Vagrant images in place (so
that we don't break existing Vagrant files). Our tooling was
(incorrectly) assuming that the images would be in a new directory.
The checksums have been fixed, and processes put in place to ensure that
they will not become stale again.
