Public bug reported:
If we follow the "IRONIC" installation document we found the error of
"ImportError: No module named ironic_host_manager". This means nova
scheduler is unable to find the "ironic_host_manager" module.
Solution is just change the settings of
"scheduler_host_manager=nova.scheduler.ironic_host_manager.IronicHostManager"
to
"scheduler_host_manager=ironc.nova.scheduler.ironic_host_manager.IronicHostManager"
