When I install linux-header-files with apt-get it downloads from here: http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ trusty-updates/main linux-headers-3.13.0-37-generic amd64 3.13.0-37.64 When I unpack that .deb manually, the files inside are empty.
