Marking this bug as invalid since there has been no activity and I can
no longer reproduce it.
I've tested with `sudo ecryptfs-migrate-home -u foo`, `sudo dash
/usr/bin/ecryptfs-migrate-home -u foo`, and `sudo sh /usr/bin/ecryptfs-
migrate-home -u foo` on an updated amd64 12.04 system (ecryptfs-utils
96-0ubuntu3.1) and they all worked.
