@rubbiroid: Thanks for the link: http://blog.ostermiller.org/ubuntu-usb-audio/ Worked for me, just had to slightly modify script to fit to my setup (mic: grep usb also gave usb input device in my webcam with buitin mic). -> that WA works good.
