I did the Bios update. It didn't change anything and the problem still
exists.
The output of the command you requested is:
$ sudo dmidecode -s bios-version && sudo dmidecode -s bios-release-date

After resuming from sleep, the USB ports are dead. (i.e. extenal mouse
and Keyboard don't work and the red light of the optical mouse is off,
etc.). The problem happens with 3.13.0-37, but not with 3.13.0-36.
