Public bug reported:

Off and on, my network will go down (according to network-manager) and I
can't access anything like my router config at 192.168.1.1. When I try
and bring the interface back up with network-manager I get an IPv6 IP
instead of an IPv4 one (which is all I have), and still nothing will
connect. dmesg reports that no ipv6 routers were found, but nothing
else that I have seen like other sky2 bugs. I will try and gather more
data next time it happens but this is what I remember.

This is occurring on Gutsy AMD64 with the latest updates. It is not
always reproducible, but I do know that it is a regression from Feisty
where this never occurred for me.

** Affects: ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
