Again, the issue is fixed in Wine but remains in the fglrx packages in
Utopic. That said, it makes sense to mark this bug as a duplicate,
since it's the same issue spread across two packages.

Nvidia and AMD graphics drivers should indicate whether they provide
libcuda.so.1, libOpenCL.so.1, etc.
