I believe this has to do with the Gnome 3 staging PPA that you have
enabled or have installed packages from. You'll want to use the tool
ppa-purge to remove packages from this repository. Then the release
upgrade should be possible. Here's some of the packages you have
installed:
gnome-contacts 3.10.1-0ubuntu1~saucy1 1
gnome-control-center 1:3.10.1-0ubuntu1~saucy3 0
gnome-control-center-data 1:3.10.1-0ubuntu1~saucy3 1
