Public bug reported:

Position the gnucash window at the right edge of the screen. Open the
scheduled transaction pane and click on an upcoming scheduled trasaction
indicator in the rightmost column of the calendar. The popup containing
the list of transactions appears, but most of it is off the right side
of the viewable area. See attached screencap (upper image).

I expected that near an edge of the screen a corner of the popup nearest
the edge would be pinned to the cursor, to keep the entire popup in the
viewable area.

What actually happens is the popup's upper-left corner is always the
corner pinned to the cursor, so the problem can arise at both the right
and bottom edges of the screen.

In addition, the popup is superimposed on my browser window as I type
this. I would think the popup should be visible only in the context of
its parent window. See attached screencap (lower image).
